Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition with all tags attached
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging when applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Process

2. Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping label
3. Package Items: Securely package your items with the return form
4. Ship Back: Use the prepaid shipping label we provide

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color when available. Exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Undergarments and swimwear
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
